How could you alleviate the withdrawal symptoms of not drinking coffee? Firstly it would be good to anticipate it and actually drink that coffee when you usually do or if your plan is to reduce or quit completely, maybe you could do it by reducing the amount of coffee slowly rather than all at once. It’s better to be clear than ambiguous when doing it, so that it doesn’t mess your day up. Anyway someone could be like an anomaly and do it just like that, all at once.
What an apathy it would be to your system to do it all at once without thinking about it at least a little bit. Like an arbitrary action that the body wouldn’t like, like a belligerent action, not benevolent.
This text of quitting drinking coffee is propably going to be pretty candid. Due to the words used it is going to be also capricious. Okay I am not sure about the latter but I am using so many new words that at least to me this text will seem conspicuous and at this point of the text, still like a conundrum.
I should use corroborate now but while I am using these new words I am also aware of the fact that the words I use might not be suitable inside these sentences due to subtle nuances that I might not know. So for example it says that corroborate is equal to strengthen but I haven’t seen that word before. Hmm, English can be quite cryptic before you know it, right? I am not going to curtail these pieces of texts, I am just going to pick the words, create sentences out of them and move to the next words. Anyway the sentences themselves are likely to remain pretty short. Brief, concise, terse. There can’t be dearth in learning otherwise it is debilitating the experience.
Deference is something you can learn. Maybe you can naturally embody it as well but the more you have deference in yourself the more you show it to others. It is good to have that deference because otherwise it can be detrimental. But then again if it happens to be detrimental, you can learn from it, forgive yourself, move on and practise better embodiment of that deference in the next interactions. It can also cause dichotomy because of friction and lack of knowledge but when you learn that discernment then things should become more clear and easy.
What is disdain? It is when someone looks down on someone because of something he does, says, presents etc. and doesn’t approve it himself, or is very uncomfortable with those things. Or has had a bad experience with something and it still bothers. Then I have the word disseminate. I could say that when it comes to safety on an airplane, it is very important to disseminate the safety guidelines to all the workers generously in order to be able to function well when facing problems.
Dogmatic person remains dogmatic until someone else proves him wrong and he changes his opinion, way of being etc. Is a good leader eloquent? Is a good leader elusive or easily available? Which is more convincing? And based on what type of leadership? Is a person enigmatic because he does it on purpose or is a person enigmatic because he chooses to focus on other things leaving some other things seemingly unclear because at a specific moment he has chosen, or by experience, realized that not all the things are worth focusing on all the time in order to get the job, for example, done. What seems enigmatic to some can be wisdom to others.
Some things are ephemeral. It could be an illness that lasts for a short period of time. It could be a social media post that lasts only for a short period of time. Oh, now I have an interesting word: equanimity. It is a state of calmness. I guess when we are young we tend to not possess that as well as in our later years. I think it helps to practise equanimity so that when there’s chaos around us, we stay centered and not easily shaken. Anyway I guess it is rather inner feeling than something that can be seen outwardly.
Going to the roots of things requires unraveling the whole structure. The longer the darkness lasts, the further the roots reach. The deeper the roots are, the stronger the tree is.
While going there, it might feel like eradicating a lot. Losing touch of everything. Burning bridges behind. Things are going here and there. There’s no direction but simultaneously there’s direction all the time, even if erratic. Sometimes we knowingly or unknowingly exacerbate the situation even more. What would help there? Would it be some kind of hope? Some kind of dream? Would it help to think that there’s purpose in everything? Would it help to not require too much, too big steps? Would it help to accept that even a thought towards something is meaningful?
To make another person your exemplar of worship is not sustainable. Because you don’t know how strong or weak his roots are. Because they are not visible. What’s visible is visible. What’s not visible is not visible. Then again, can depth be recognized? Felt?
To make an exhaustive exploration in your own world is more sustainable. Could facetious mind be a product of that?
There are so many feasible ideas. Which of them to grab? To choose. To start building. It’s time to eliminate. It comes naturally at this point to think about elimination after so much exploration. Things just drop off. I can feel the fervent mind to start surfacing, to be ready to put that energy on something. At this point it is rather frugal energy wise to choose rather than give energy to everything. I might be galvanizing my fervent mind by writing this piece of chapter so I am going to stop it here and start a new chapter.
Honestly the energy is still restless. I feel garrulous and gregarious. These words are haphazard.
I think hedonism is something towards which the soul naturally evolves after it has set the strong roots deep down underground. Just like a plant seeks light, away from the darkness, so does our soul. The darkness, the roots give nutrition, capability to receive the good there is in the light and even multiply it.
Sentences starting with “what if” are hypothetical. What’s immutable? It is something permanent, not changeable.
Is it easy to be impartial? Is it ultimately better to choose a side or can someone find peace in being impartial? Understanding all the parties and remaining in the center?
When I get a cup of coffee and a piece of pastry that are both impeccable, it just makes me incessantly happy. If I inadvertently add curry in my cup of coffee, I would propably not have a pleasant coffee experience. Would i even be indignant? But then again would it be ineffable intrepid of me to do that? Maybe it would be worth trying it in a household where someone else always wants to drink your coffee, then the curry would work as an inhibitor and let you always have your coffee. Is it possible to have an insatiable craving for coffee?
